Return & Exchange Process
1. Submit a return/exchange request through the contact channel, providing your order number, item details, and reason for the request.
2. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item, including a return address.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged, defective, or we made an error in your order.
4. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund (to the original payment method) or send your exchanged item within 5–7 business days.
Exceptions
Items that are used, damaged by your pet, or missing original packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange. Refunds will not include original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
